Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing our products at MW Designz. We appreciate your business.

Products eligible for a refund or exchange must be returned within 23 calendar days of product delivery to MW Designz, 3600 Aolele Street #29188, Honolulu, Hawaii 96820. The product must be unused, in the same condition it was received in, and undamaged in any way. It must also be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase and a tracking number are required to complete a return. Any returns to MWDesignz without these items will be nullified. Please email the tracking number with notification of the return to info@mwdesignz.com. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, MWDesignz will inspect the product and process the return or exchange. You will receive an email notifying you that the item has been received and the status of your request.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We regret that products damaged in any way or returns initiated after 23 calendar days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Steps to take if your refund has not been received:

1. Check your credit card statement or bank account for the refund.
2. Next, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take 5-10 days for a refund to be officially posted.
3. If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us at info@mwdesignz.com.

Defective Items

MWDesignz will gladly exchange any product that arrives with defects. Send an email to info@mwdesignz.com to report the issue and for instructions about where to return the product if necessary. You may be required to provide a photo or other proof if the defective product cannot be returned.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the product was shipped to the purchaser, the refund or exchange will be handled directly with the purchaser.
