Shipping policy

MW DESIGNZ offers a $6 flat shipping rate or free shipping on orders $75 and above to all states in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments outside of the U.S. will be based on standard carrier rates.

Please allow 5-7 days for orders shipped within the Continental U.S., 7-12 days for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, and up to 30 days for international shipments.

Shipping costs for the exchange or return of non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer. MW DESIGNZ will cover shipping costs for the return or exchange of defective products only.

Reshipment costs on orders returned due to an incorrect delivery address will incur a $4 service fee and are the responsibility of the customer. MW DESIGNZ does not store overstocked inventory. If an updated delivery address is not provided and confirmed within 14 days of the return, the product will be donated.

MW DESIGNZ cannot guarantee that returned items will be received. When shipping products with a value over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance.
